After that period of time you’ll be subject to the same penalties for trip cancellation. Purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation is the best way to protect your investment.
Some of our trips have special fitness requirements and physically demanding, so a medical form must be completed and submitted prior to departure. If you fail to submit your form, our staff will cancel your reservation and the customary cancellation fees will apply.
The guides reserve the right to disqualify any expedition member that appear to be mentally or physically unfit to complete the trip/expedition. No refunds are given in such cases.
